12. VALIDITY OF SUPPLEMENT CARD

13. Differences between Thai kleme and other countries’ kleme
This is the part I was most curious about and thought was the most important before purchasing CLME.
The contents below are the terms of using the Thailand Cleme 1+1 voucher.
This is the STANDARD RATE part.
Pay 1st night atStandard rateand receive 2nd night complimentary in a Standard Room category, Single/Double occupancy. Subject to availability based on daily allocated rooms per hotel.
Usually these vouchers are useless… ..
They give it to you as a voucher, but the actual amount applied is the BAR (best available rate?) rate, which is not visible in the general reservation window.
There are a lot of useless vouchers like this that say you can get a 50% discount on a room that can usually be reserved for 300,000 won but with a price of 700,000 won… .. I was really curious about whether that standard rate was really the standard rate shown in the Marriott app.

The standard rate that appears when you click the reservation button on the app is correct.

The reservation was made for 3,600 baht per night by applying the code MZ7 to the basic rate.

14. Difficulty of signing up
The Thai Cleme office is located on the 7th floor of Memaquinpa.

A Thai phone number is required when authenticating with this card.
I was traveling in Thailand, so I had a SIM card and a Thai number, so it was possible, but no matter how many times I tried, the authentication number didn’t come back, so I had to keep communicating with sales.
When signing up in Korea, you must get help from an employee!!!!! I think the sales lady takes the method of receiving the authentication number on her phone and notifying me right away.
You have to enter the authentication number and reset the password to set up the account, but I think this part is a bit difficult.
Once you complete the sign-up, you will immediately receive a one-month membership card made of A4 paper. Please use it during the few hours there is a delay in creating the E-card. lol

If you press the card benefit in the middle, an error appears.
E-cards cannot be stored in your phone wallet.

15. Those who use it well are the winners.
When I joined CLME without planning,
I had to make a drastic change to my plans during my trip.
I decided to cancel my reservation for a 5-night, 100,000-pack lodging in Surawongse and exchange it for a Cleme voucher.
5 nights Surawongse 100,000 bags = 700,000 won
Use of 3-night Cleme voucher = KRW 359,000
Point accommodation for 2 nights 33,000 = 231,000 won
By making this change, I was able to save about 110,000 won.
It wasn’t a short trip
I had a great time enjoying the lounge and hotel breakfast over the past two weeks, so the inconvenience of not being able to use the lounge due to the 3-night CLME voucher was no problem.
